Principal
Alex has over thirty years of experience in design, production of contract documents, and administration of construction contracts with a primary project focus in retail, office, mixed-use, and special commercial projects. He has been responsible for the design and renovation of several award-winning retail shops, neighborhood retail centers, and childcare facilities.
Alex is a member of the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, the Roswell Historic District Design Review Board, the Historic Roswell Alliance, Roswell CVB, and the Holy Transfiguration Parish Council. He served on the City of Milton Design Review Board, responsible for the preservation and perpetuation of the rural commercial communities that are within the limits of the City of Milton, and the Fulton County Design Review Board, instrumental in the architectural design approval for the Birmingham and Crabapple Crossroads developments.

As Project Leader, she is responsible for coordinating projects through all stages of design and project completion. Angelique effectively coordinates complex projects and has the ability to communicate design intent between owner, client, and consultants successfully.
In her free time, Angelique enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She loves the ocean, the Caribbean scene, taking cruises, and all things boat-related.

Ben has more than twelve years of design experience, focusing on industrial distribution, manufacturing, and cold storage facility design. He is responsible for managing projects through all stages of design and project completion. Ben effectively coordinates complex projects and has the ability to see design issues in the digital landscape prior to construction. He specializes in tilt-up and insulated metal panel design. Ben offers expert knowledge of construction materials recognizing the pros and cons of each during the selection process for the best project outcome.
In addition to project-related responsibilities, Ben is the BIM Manager for RPA; overseeing others for Revit training and utilizing new features for increased productivity.

Brenton is a Senior 3D specialist and works closely with the design team to create project renderings, videos, and animations. Brenton has nine years of experience and understands the many aspects of design and building production. He has helped implement new programs and design approaches including our visualization services. Brenton leads our internal visualization studio, Studio 4.0.

Brian is an experienced architectural designer and project coordinator in the construction industry. His education and experience has provided him the knowledge and real-world application to meet and exceed the professional demands of various clients and types of projects. Brian has more than ten years of experience in the field of architecture and construction, and understands all aspects that a project entails from schematic design to project closeout. Brian has worked on various project types from new construction, renovations, and rebranding. Project types include Residential, Religious, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Government, and Healthcare.
As a Senior Project Leader at RPA, Brian is responsible for the project from design to final punch list. He is responsible for project coordination with the client, contractors, and consultants on a daily basis. Some of Brian’s additional responsibilities include client meetings, bidding, site visits, field reports, pay applications, internal quality control, and scratch bidding.
Brian is a member of NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards).

Heather has over 17 years of experience in Interior Design with a broad range of project experience including office, medical, dental, and childcare. As lead Interior Designer at Randall-Paulson, she oversees projects from start to finish, helps coordinate project teams, supports her fellow Interior Designers in the studio, and actively pursues new opportunities to grow RPA’s reach. Heather is also an active member of NAIOP, IIDA, and CREW.

Hoa has been with Randall-Paulson Architects for over ten years. Starting with an internship position to Senior Project Leader, he has been working on large and small retail shopping centers, Publix Super Markets canopies, and office buildings. Hoa is synergic with the design team and a collaborative coordinator with engineers.
Hoa holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University and is currently studying for the ARE. He moved to the United States with his family in 1994 and is bilingual – Vietnamese and English.

Jamie has been at Randall-Paulson since graduating from the University of Tennessee, College of Architecture + Design. She has consistently produced and managed a variety of projects including healthcare, office, tenant improvements, industrial, distribution, and manufacturing in all project stages. She is experienced in design, construction drawings, ComCheck energy analysis, LEED and sustainable construction, permitting, shop drawing review, pay application approval, RFI’s, final punch, Adobe Photoshop graphics, interior finish, and furniture selection.
Jamie continues to expand the leadership skills she honed during college within Randall-Paulson as well as our community outreach events including the annual Atlanta CANstruction competition. Working in collaboration with PES Structural Engineers, we have won four awards and more than 18,000 cans of food were collected and donated to the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Jason is a graduate of Southern Polytechnic State University. At RPA he is managing all project types and phases from conceptual design through construction document production and project completion. Jason has experience coordinating with project managers and engineers throughout at all project stages. He also has experience coordinating with city and county plan reviewers during the permitting process. Jason is a LEED Accredited Professional and applies his experience in a holistic approach to energy-efficient and sustainable building design.

Jeff has more than 10 years of experience working in a variety of roles, from initial client input meetings to on-site construction administration. As Senior Project Leader, Jeff is responsible for the coordination and completion of details ranging from pre-design to the finish punch list. He works closely with the civil, mechanical, structural and electrical engineers to see that all requirements are met for each individual project.
Jeff is an active volunteer with Sunshine on a Ranney Day (SOARD) which provides room and bathroom makeover to disabled kids in need. He also enjoys serving the community by volunteering with local STEM programs to teach and educate about Architecture. He also serves in his local church which provides a wide range of service opportunities.

Associate | Studio Director
John has over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, with fifteen-plus years of design experience, focusing primarily on industrial / manufacturing and distribution facility design. As Studio Director, he is responsible for and has an overview of all sectors of work in the office. John effectively coordinates diverse project teams with complex projects and has the ability and experience to organize and disseminate large amounts of information to and between client, consultant, contractor and RPA staff.
With a specialization in tilt-up construction, he understands the issues associated with tilt, is knowledgeable in all aspects of and continues to push the design limits inherent to this building typology. As a LEED AP BD+C, he is on the leading edge of the sustainable movement and is well versed in the various aspects of high-performance building technology. As an Associate in the firm, John takes a lead role in not only ensuring continued high client satisfaction but also in growing RPA’s client base.
Outside of the office, John’s primary creative outlet is exploring color and texture as an abstract artist. In addition to painting, his other creative pursuits include photography, furniture design, music, and writing.

Kelsey has more than five years of experience working on commercial architecture and interior design projects. She has experience working on a broad range of project types, however, her specialty is corporate office. Kelsey’s office design philosophy is to create an environment of extreme functionality that simultaneously inspires creativity & invigorates its inhabitants. In addition to interior design, she is a key player in RPA’s Visualization Studio, producing interior renderings, animations, and marketing content. Marcus has over 20 years of experience in architecture with a focus on mixed-use and retail projects. He is the Senior Project Architect responsible for overseeing all commercial projects from feasibility studies, concept design through completion. He has been involved in a variety of project types, like master planning, breweries, hotels, mall retrofits, mixed-use developments in walkable communities. He has valuable experience in historically sensitive areas.
As the Studio Designer, Marcus passion for good design and creative solutions is a source for the entire studio. An avid sketcher, his pencil drawings and watercolors are often the medium he uses to convey his ideas. He believes good design is also sustainable and healthy. A LEED AP BD+C accredited professional, Marcus has been a US Green Building Council member since 2007.
Actively involved in the community, Marcus was part of the Advisory Committee for the City of Roswell Historic District Masterplan and has been a longtime member of the City of Roswell Design Review Board.

He enjoys the industrial building type and working with concrete and steel to create unique and pleasing aesthetics to support his client’s vision. Rob’s strength is project management and he takes pride in seeing every project reach successful completion.

Sabrina has over twenty years of administrative experience with seventeen of those years in the Architectural Industry. She is an Associate in the firm and has earned her Society for Design Administration (SDA) Fellowship.
In her role at RPA, she oversees administration operations for the firm. Within that role, she is the contract administrator and office manager. Throughout her tenure in the company, she has worked with marketing, finance, project administration, strategic planning, and leadership. She is the Executive Assistant to the Principals of RPA and helps to maintain the Open-Book Management philosophy of the firm’s culture.
Outside of the Firm, she has served on a National Level for SDA, a local level for SDA, and many committee positions. She also volunteers for the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and many more.

A native of Georgia, Tess received her Bachelors of Architecture from Louisiana State University. Specializing in healthcare design, Tess has more than five years of experience working on projects ranging in scale from small healthcare/office renovations to substantial ground up hospital towers. Through design, she has sought to provide medical staff and patients with an elevated, transformative experience in healthcare environments.
She utilizes strategic thinking and decision making to execute highly functional, detail-oriented projects within budget.
As project leader, she is actively involved in developing each phase of design including schematic design, design development, production of contract documents, and construction administration. Her responsibilities also include programming, space planning, selection of finishes and furniture specification.
Tess currently serves as the membership chair for the Women in Healthcare Georgia Chapter during their inaugural year.
